Oakland Zoo

Kelley and I have been talking about going to the zoo for ages. Since she's about to leave us for an adventure in Michigan, we figured now or never. It took a little convincing (wheels moving between 9 AM and 10 AM is rough for some) but Scott decided to join us as well.

The Oakland Zoo is fantastic! It's an easy drive, there is lots of parking, it didn't feel busy at all and there are tons of animals. Ruby loved every minute. Aside from a few rough minutes having to coax Ruby away from the children's area, we all loved it too.









Adam was with his family for the weekend. His sister graduated from University of Michigan Law School.
