Leprechauns

My first year of teaching, I learned that I grew up deprived. Apparently leprechauns visit kids in California for St. Patrick's Day. Actually, they don't visit the kids. They sneak into their classrooms at night and mess everything up. Some of the sneaky leprechauns even visit the kids at home. One must've followed me home from school this year because our living room was a mess that morning. Ruby was so into the messy books, she didn't even notice that the leprechaun left her a Sleeping Beauty dress.



Too bad those poor kids from Ohio will never know about the leprechauns =)

    I grew up in California and I don't remember the leprechauns ever visiting me :)
