Daddy Daughter Date Night

Ruby and Adam had date night tonight. I took Ruby to Adam's office so I could get my haircut. On the way there, I told Ruby we were going to see dad. She responded with, "Dadadadada!" Adam was already in the parking lot when we arrived. I grabbed the bags, he took Ruby out of her car seat and they were on their way. I spent a few minutes getting directions to the salon before driving away and assumed they were already gone. As I pulled around the lot, I saw Adam and Ruby walking away from his car. I rolled down the window to make sure everything was okay. Adam said, "I'm going to take her over to play by the fountain for a while. She likes the fountain." I couldn't have loved him more at that moment.
