We went to the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo on Saturday afternoon. It's a small place but you can't beat it being five minutes away from our house and costing only $9 for the three of us. It was Ruby's fourth trip to the museum and zoo. She's been more and more capable every trip so she has a blast. She spent a lot of time outside this trip because she can see the geese over the fence and she love, love, loved the raccoons. Coincidentally, one is named Ruby.
She also digs the museum exhibits inside...even the ones she can't do correctly.
They just started construction for the new Bobcat Ridge so we'll definitely be back. Maybe next time Ruby will be able to turn the hand crank all the way around and will accidentally trip the two school age boys who said "no" when I asked them to share the tennis balls with her.
