Thanksgiving Part Two

We ended up having a second Thanksgiving on Saturday. Grandma O'Brien got back from Ohio and Auntie and Uncle Kevin were on their way home from Tahoe. I haven't spent Thanksgiving with my family since 2001 so it was a special treat to get to relax and eat my favorite meal with them as well. It was so special we ate in the real dining room and Ruby got her first cloth napkin.

You might be wondering why I didn't post any pictures of Ruby eating or talk about her favorite foods. It's because Adam slaved over two Thanksgiving dinners and Ruby didn't eat a single bite. Both times we put her in her chair at the table and she wanted nothing to do with eating. The Saturday meal was specifically scheduled for her dinner time but the big table and extra people seemed to weird her out. She was happy. She just didn't want to eat any of Adam's great food.

Adam - Thanks for cooking two Thanksgiving dinners. I got lucky when I married a guy who loves to cook my favorite meal.
