It was actually a nice change and reminded me of the old days when we stayed home because leaving the house was near impossible =)

Sick Day
Ruby and I called in sick today. She has a cold and I got through Kindergarten Orientation and Open House so we skipped out on our normal Thursday activities to relax at home. Other than a two hour walk, we cuddled, played and Sesamed our way through the day. Oh, and I was lucky enough to be served pizza, pie and coffee for lunch.
It was actually a nice change and reminded me of the old days when we stayed home because leaving the house was near impossible =)

Feel better soon, Ruby! Staying at home with the kiddos is SO much easier these days. I still remember the fear I had of leaving & cabin fever I had from staying at home...
