Ruby has been talking up a storm lately! Not only is she using full sentences, she's also able to talk to people who aren't fluent in Ruby. Today she told her
Gymboree teacher that she went to a parade and saw pizza. Miss Helene understood what she was saying...I just had to explain why she saw a piece of pizza in a parade =)
Here's our conversation after nap time today:
Me: You must be hungry. What do you want for lunch?
Ruby: Mac 'n cheese!
Me: OK. We have everything to make mac 'n cheese.
Ruby: Go downstairs. Ruby help mommy make mac ' cheese.
What a good little helper!
that's awesome that you can actually have full-on conversations. It's funny to think that she was probably telling you she wanted mac n' cheese months ago but you were saying "ok, we'll have turkey sandwiches". To which she thought to herself, "what the elmo is going on here??!?"
